Tennis Court Reservations

To reserve a court time, please send an email to draysonpg@bellsouth.net or contact Pat Webster, Tennis Chairperson, via phone at 678.290.0786. Please check the regular League Tennis times (on this site under League Tennis) to verify if court time is available before making a reservation. There is usually Summerbrooke Events Calendar for the next 30-60 days posted on the bulletin board on the side of the clubhouse. Reservations are on a first come, first serve basis (except for League pre-booked dates).

Reservations take priority over walk-ons. When making a reservation the following information is required: Name, home address, email address, phone numbers to reach you in case of change in availability of courts, date and time of reservation desired. A confirmation of reservation will be sent via email.

Players may reserve up to one and one-half hours (1-1/2) hours for singles or doubles play.

Players may make one (1) court reservation at a time. You may not sign up for a second time slot until play has been completed on your first time slot (the exception is league pre-booked dates). Courts may be reserved on the hour or half hour only.

Failure to be present within ten (10) minutes after the reservation start period will cause forfeiture of the reserved period.

If only one person of a group is present when it is their turn to take a court, that group will yield to walk-ons and wait until at least two people are present before taking the next available court.

In the event of a rain delay, ALTA teams have priority for court use for the pre-blocked period of time. After the pre-blocked time has expired and if a reservation exists, the league team will release the first of the two courts to complete their match play. Additionally, if a reservation exists, no new matches will be initiated after the expiration of the pre-blocked time should a reservation require the second court as well.
