To reserve the clubhouse, please complete this form and email the form to gamurphys@comcast.net or mail to Summerbrooke HOA, c/o HOA Community Management, 1000 Whitlock Ave, Suite #320, #152, Marietta, GA. 30064 Attn: Tim Murphy  Clubhouse Rental Reservation Form

The Summerbrooke Clubhouse & Tables can be used by members of the Association who are in good standing for events that are non-profit and generally social in nature. Political campaigns and fund raisers are not allowed. Examples of approved events are children's birthday parties, non-profit meetings, cookouts, etc. The Board of Directors reserves the right to deny usage of the facility for events they believe may be unlawful or detrimental to the facility or neighborhood.

Reservation of the Clubhouse & Tables is on a first come – first serve basis. No reservation is guaranteed unless the required paperwork has been submitted, approved, and the $50 deposit received.

The key can be picked up one day in advance of the event and must be returned by day after event unless other specific arrangements are made.

Due to limitations with parking, no events will be allowed that will cause an overflow of cars out of the parking lot. Limit the number of your guests appropriately.

Any person reserving the Clubhouse & Tables may have only one reservation in place at any time. You may not reserve another date until the current reservation is utilized. Reservations may be booked up to one month in advance of the event.

The Clubhouse & Tables may be reserved in half hour increments up to three hours. If no other reservation stands for that day, approval may be given on the day before the event for an extension of reservation for increments of an hour up to three hours.

Reservation of the Clubhouse & Tables for any event cannot restrict usage of the pool or the bathrooms or the playground. The only area that can be reserved is the interior of the clubhouse.

If there is damage to the Clubhouse & Tables, the deposit is forfeited. The actual cost of repair/replacement determined by the Board will be billed to the applicant. Future reservations will require a $100 deposit.

Any resident who reserves a portion of the Common Property hereunder shall assume, on behalf of himself / herself / themselves and his / her / their guests, and family, all risks associated with the use of the Common Property and all liability for any damage or injury to any person or thing as a result of such use.
